ISLAMABAD: Pakistan soon will be among the developed countries as the economic indicators are moving in the right direction, said Economist Dr Ashfaq Hassan.
Talking to Radio Pakistan, he said “Our presenters are paying special attention in the development of different sectors including power, gas, education, health and roads.” He said the completion of road infrastructure would surely bring prosperity and development in the country. Pakistan’s economy has been growing for number of years and it is finally back in track to complete an International Monetary Fund (IMF) Programme for the first time in its history, he said.
He concluded that low interest rates are some of the contributing factors in creating an atmosphere ripe for international investment.
