ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will visit Gilgit on Thursday. The prime minister will witness the oath taking ceremony of newly elected members of the Gilgit Baltistan Council. The prime minister will also perform the groundbreaking of Pakistan-China Optical Fibre Cable project in Gilgit, which is a part of the CPEC. He will also visit Swat tomorrow for inauguration of the Nawaz Sharif Kidney Hospital. The hospital is a state-of-the-art hospital founded by the Punjab Hospital Trust, headed by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
